Welcome to Apna Mart, the leading platform for connecting dropshippers with a wide range of products and suppliers. By entering into this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of the Apna Mart dropshipping platform, so please review them carefully.

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our platform.

General Terms

1. Apna Mart is authorized to dispatch orders on behalf of the dropshipper as instructed.
2. Apna Mart will not contact the consignee unless instructed or if required for urgent assistance.
3. Apna Mart reserves the right to terminate any account if the dropshipper fails to provide satisfactory customer support or respond to staff within a reasonable time.
4. Payments will be made according to the policy stated on the Apna Mart website, subject to change.
5. Apna Mart will try to fulfill all orders but does not guarantee 100% delivery.
6. Apna Mart is not responsible for any business loss. Profitability is not guaranteed.
7. Apna Mart may terminate a dropshipper’s account at any time for any reason.
8. Abusive language or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate account termination.
9. Tracking info will be provided, but Apna Mart is not responsible for manual updates on every request.
10. Dropshippers must track their own shipments and report unreasonable delays.
11. Payment claims will not be entertained after 60 days of order placement or 15 days after invoice generation.
12. Providing false or unethical business information may result in termination and legal action.
13. Refunds and complaints will be handled by the official complaints department only. Final decision lies with Apna Mart.
14. Publicly complaining without following the official complaint process may result in account termination.
15. Complaints will only be accepted through the ticket system — not WhatsApp or third-party channels.
16. Dropshippers must comply with all e-commerce laws and regulations.
17. Dropshippers are responsible for securing their account login details.
18. Dropshippers must maintain accurate and updated business information.
19. Dropshippers must not engage in activities that harm Apna Mart’s reputation or operations.
20. Apna Mart may modify these terms anytime. Dropshippers must stay updated.
21. This agreement overrides all previous agreements, written or oral.
22. If any section is invalid, remaining sections remain enforceable.
23. Failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.
24. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change anytime.
25. In case of product recall or vendor issue, dropshippers must handle their customers. Apna Mart will assist where needed.
26. Apna Mart is not responsible for any loss, damage, or side effect (including health-related) from products purchased.
27. Dropshippers are encouraged to test product samples before selling.
28. Apna Mart will not share personal or business info with third parties without consent, except where required by law.
